1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all original tags attached.
- Items returned with obvious use, makeup/deodorant stains, pet hair, or strong odors (such as smoke or perfume) will be rejected and sent back to you at your expense.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during specific clearance events.
- Gift Cards.
- Headwear (hats, beanies, neck gaiters) and underwear/swimwear (for hygiene reasons, unless the hygienic liner is intact and the item is unworn).
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Email our support team at support@24degreesnorth.com with your Order Number and the email address used to make the purchase.
- Specify which items you wish to return and the reason for the return (or the new size/color you need for an exchange).
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Please do not send items back without an RMA number, as they will not be processed.
5. Shipping Costs
- Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We can provide a pre-paid printable shipping label for your convenience, and a flat fee of $7.00 USD will be deducted from your final refund amount.
- Exchanges and Store Credit: If you choose to exchange your item for a different size/color or opt for store credit instead of a refund, we will waive the return shipping fee.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective item or the wrong product, 24°N will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving a defective item.
6. Refunds Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
