At 24°N, we are committed to getting your gear to you as quickly and securely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our processing times, shipping rates, and delivery expectations.
1. Order Processing Time
- Standard Processing: All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Expedited Processing: If you select an expedited shipping option (e.g., 2-Day or Overnight), orders placed before 1:00 PM EST on a business day will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
- You will receive another notification containing your tracking number when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates (United States)
We offer a variety of shipping options depending on how quickly you need your gear. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Free Standard Shipping: We offer FREE Ground Shipping on all orders of $100 USD or more. This offer applies to the subtotal of the items in your cart, before taxes and after any discounts are applied.
- Standard Ground (Orders under $100 USD): A flat rate of $8.00 USD applies. Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: We offer 2-Day and Overnight shipping options. Rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery zip code.
(Note: Transit times do not include the 1-2 day warehouse processing time).
3. Shipping Exclusions & Special Locations
- Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories: The Free Shipping promotion for orders over $100 does not apply to shipments outside the contiguous United States (Lower 48). Shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories are calculated at checkout. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for delivery.
- PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We can ship to PO Boxes and military addresses using standard USPS shipping. However, expedited shipping options (2-Day, Overnight) are not available for these addresses.
- Oversized Items: Certain oversized or exceptionally heavy items (e.g., large coolers, heavy tackle) may be excluded from the Free Shipping offer and may incur an additional shipping surcharge. This will be clearly noted on the product page and at checkout.
4. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States and its territories. We do not offer international shipping, but we hope to expand to global waters soon. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Lost or Stolen: 24°N is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, 24°N will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
- Damaged in Transit: If you receive a damaged package, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged items immediately, and contact us at support@24degreesnorth.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement.
